Bows and a huge silk rose adorn this lovely navy blue straw hat by Orcelia. The straw is a fine woven synthetic. Beneath the navy blue silk rose is a floppy navy blue grosgrain bow and beneath that, a larger bow of a stiff sheer navy blue. A wide navy blue grosgrain band wraps the base of the crown.
