Oh la la!! This glamorous hat from the flapper era created from black wool, elaborately beaded in swirling arabesques and embellished with a dramatic black ostrich plume makes quite the fashion statement indeed. The elegant plume is held in place by a very nice rhinestone clasp. Extremely Fine condition with no damage to the wool or plume. The embroidery and beadwork is also in Extremely Fine condition. A hatpin or two will definitely be needed to keep this on your head. As the hat must fit closely to the head to really look right, 'big hair' is out. It would work best with a bobbed hairdo similar to those popular during the flapper era. No milliner's label. Size Large.
