Elegant sapphire blue hairpins! Comprised of prong set sparkling rhinestones and gold washed brass. The rhinestones are set around a hollow center that is capped at the top and bottom with nicely detailed gold washed brass. Very Good condition with no damage to the metal or rhinestones. All stones are present and all of them sparkle brightly. The top piece immediately connected to the pin shows the most loss of the gold washed finish. Very minimal loss of gold to the larger bottom dangle. The hairpins show the most wear with one being more worn than the other. These do appear to have been used frequently, judging by the wear to the pins. The dangles are firmly attached to the pins with no signs of corrosion etc. The pin portions appear to be gold washed silver.
