Sparkling fleur de lys! This little pot metal hat ornament from the 1930's is created in a fleur de lys design and studded liberally with foil backed rhinestones. The stem is threaded on one end so that the tip can be removed. The majority of the rhinestones are very bright with only four of them looking every so slightly cloudy. The stones are glued into the pot metal fleur de lys pieces, not prong set.
