Classic Art Deco design!. The stepped shape of this lovely hat ornament of the 1920's is so very Art Deco. Created from pearlized plastic and decorated with glittering rhinestones. The plastic is the color of coffee with lots of cream. Latte color. No missing rhinestones and all of them are clear and bright. Nearly perfect condition with no damage or scratches to the rhinestones. There are no scratches or chips to the plastic. The piece of plastic that the stem screws into has begun to wear away so that the tip does not screw in as tightly as it once did. The sharp point has worked its way through the plastic. Perfect as a display item but this would need to be repaired to be used regularly. Brass threaded stem.Circa: 1915-1930
