Vintage Black Straw Picture Hat

A huge black bow adorns this glamorous broad brimmed black hat. Comprised of glossy synthetic black straw. The bow fabric is somewhat stiff and every so slightly sheer with a nice sheen to it. Mint condition. This hat does not appear to have ever been worn. The milliner's label reads, Famous-Barr, Downtown-Clayton, Southtown-Northland. Measures 20 inches around the inner grosgrain hatband. The brim is 17 inches in diameter. There isn't really a crown, just a soft peak. The size tag states that it is a 22. The hat perches on the top of the head so it should fit any size head. Definitely needs a couple of hatpins to keep it properly perched, however.
