A uniquely styled little hat from the 1940s. Created from Fine Imported Velour and ornamented with a bead and sequin applique edge. Beautifully styled and crafted but no milliner's label. Very Fine condition with no damage, stains, strange odors or repairs. The inside grosgrain band is slightly soiled from wear and the grey velour although in perfect condition, has a very faint hint of age to it. The grey is not as bright and vibrant as I am sure it was when new. Obviously a hat that was adored, cared for well and worn often by its owner. Designed to perch atop your head with the assistance of a hatpin. Small-Large. It will fit any size head.
