Exquisite workmanship & lots of sparkle! A perfect stamped Edwardian era brass dog collar set with dozens of sparkling rhinestones. The brass has aged to a nice patina and every rhinestone sparkles brightly. A rare find indeed. At least, for those of you with 13-1/2 inch necks or a very special dog. This particular style of necklace became popular in 1890 and was designed to emphasize long, slender, necks. Extremely Fine condition with no damage to either metal or rhinestones. I have left the vintage patina intact but the brass could be polished to a bright shine. I can do this at no extra charge. If you elect to do it yourself, this must be done with a polish that does not require the use of water to remove it. Moisture behind rhinestones causes them to go dark. The necklace closes with a hidden box clasp which is in perfect working condition. Gift boxed. (The box is not vintage.)
