Antique Etruscan Revival Cuff Bracelet

Ornate wire work! A rare antique Etruscan Revival cuff bracelet that appears to be gold filled although not marked as such. The inspiration for this style was drawn from the archaeological finds at Herculaneum and Pompeii. The intricate wire work was something that only the most highly skilled jewelry artisans could accomplish. Extremely Fine condition with no damage to the metal. No repairs and the safety chain is original to the bracelet. Minimal wear to the gold filled surface, primarily around the clasp where the brass beneath the gold has tarnished. There are a few fine tiny dings and wear marks on the flat portions of the edges. Not noticable unless looking closely. Certainly wouldn't be noticable when wearing the bracelet if you happen to have a wrist small enough to make wearing it possible. Inside diameter is 6 inches so one would need to have a wrist slightly smaller than that to wear it. My wrist is 6 inches and it fits but is just a bit snug which causes the clasp to pop open if I flex my wrist. Not hallmarked.
